Licensed Professional Counselor
(she, her)
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers compassionate, culturally responsive care to adolescents, young adults, and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, crisis, or involvement with the judicial system. Through individual, group, and family psychotherapy in Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs), Virtual Intensive Outpatient Programs (VIOPs), and school-based settings, I help clients feel supported while developing practical skills for managing emotions, navigating challenges, and building healthier relationships.
My collaborative, holistic approach gives clients and families a clear role in the treatment process. Together, we identify strengths, set meaningful goals, and create tools that can be used at home, at school, and in the community. Clients can develop greater stability and confidence, while families can strengthen communication and feel better equipped to provide support.
As a Spanish-speaking clinician, I understand how language, cultural identity, and community connection shape mental health and healing. I work to create a welcoming, inclusive space where every client and family feels heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to help clients develop practical skills, make meaningful progress, and function more effectively in their daily lives.Client Focus
