Erin Foreman
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
(she, her)
Erin is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University. She has been practicing since 2019 and brings both clinical expertise and lived experience into her work.
Erin specializes in supporting teens and adults navigating neurodivergence (Autism and ADHD), trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, identity development, attachment wounds, life transitions, and chronic stress-related burnout. As an openly neurodivergent clinician herself, Erin offers a uniquely attuned and validating space for clients who feel different, misunderstood, or exhausted by trying to fit into systems that were never built for them.
Her therapeutic approach is holistic, nervous-system-informed, and deeply somatic. Erin’s work focuses on helping clients restore a sense of safety within their bodies, regulate chronic hypervigilance, and rebuild their relationship with themselves from the inside out. She integrates body-based practices, trauma-informed care, and developmental insight to support long-term healing rather than surface-level coping.
Erin is known for her grounded, down-to-earth, and compassionate presence. She thrives in working with individuals who feel “too much,” not enough, burned out, disconnected, or lost within their own internal world. Much of her work centers on identity reclamation, self-trust, and helping clients come home to themselves - emotionally, somatically, and relationally.
Erin is LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive, and committed to creating a space where clients can safely explore who they are, how they work, and what they truly need to feel empowered and alive again. She provides therapy for adults and couples and tailors each treatment plan to honor the client’s strengths, nervous system, lived experience, and personal rhythm.
Her ultimate goal as a counselor is to help clients build lives that feel sustainable, embodied, and authentically their own - not just managed, but deeply lived.
